MAY 2010 Vol 6, Mth 05: It’s the 5th month of the year already. WOW! We are almost half way through 2010. The weather seems to be getting warmer and warmer each day, which is great. So no more hibernating and no more excuses! Get out there and do something, Walk, ride a bike, jog or why not do some spring cleaning around the house. That will boost your energy level 80%. The average Canadian is 30 lbs heavier than they were in the 70’s. Let’s change that by doing some extra activities everyday.

JOKE OF THE MONTH

Two neighbors were talking about work, when one asked, "Say, why did the foreman fire you?"
Replied the second, "Well, you know how a foreman is always standing around and watching others do the work. My foreman got jealous. People started thinking I was the foreman."
