Customer Service Representative





As a key member of our team, you will be expected to provide exceptional service to new and existing customers through proper utilization of the company's services.  The ideal candidate will also have a high level of attention to detail, intermediate computer skills, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.  Transportation experience would be a definite asset.



Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Receive, review, ensure accuracy and execute orders, via email and phone
Maintain consistent and professional contact with our customers
Coordinate, prepare and follow up on requests pertaining to Overages, Shortages & Damages (OS&D) and Claims as required
Re-schedule missed appointments, as necessary
Follow up and arrange the pick up and delivery of backorders
Obtain and provide POD’s as requested




Knowledge & Experience Requirements:

Experienced in the Customer Service industry
Effective and efficient communication, interpersonal and computer skills
Demonstrates excellence in organization and time management skills.  Able to perform multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong attention to details, and interested in preventing errors and solving problems
Work independently and proceed with objectives under minimal supervision
